What this policy covers.

Munch is an offline puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and Android. This policy explains what the app stores, what it never collects, and how to reach us. It applies to the app itself and to this website.

What Munch stores on your device.

To remember where you are, the app keeps a small amount of game data in its own private storage: the pictures you have cleared with their stars and best move counts, the puzzle you are in the middle of, your settings (sound, haptics, color symbols, less motion), whether you have seen the walkthrough, and a recovery copy of the same data.

This data never leaves the device unless you or your operating system include app data in a device backup. You can erase it at any time with Reset all progress in Settings, by clearing the app's storage, or by deleting the app. Because we never receive a copy, we cannot restore progress for you.

What Munch never collects.

The app has no accounts and asks for no name, email address or other personal information. It does not collect advertising identifiers, device fingerprints, usage statistics, gameplay analytics or crash reports. It does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera. Sound and haptics are playback only: the app makes sounds and vibrations, it does not listen or measure.

Third parties.

There are none inside the app. The fonts (Outfit, DM Sans) and icons (Lucide) are bundled with it, not loaded from the web. The App Store and Google Play process their own data when you download, update or review an app; their policies apply to that. If we ever add a service that processes data, crash reporting for example, we will update this page and the store disclosures before it ships.

This website.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other servers: its fonts, pictures and scripts are served from here. The contact form does not send anything itself; it opens a message in your own mail app. The service that hosts the site may keep the ordinary request logs every web server keeps, such as the address that asked and the page it asked for, to run and protect the site.

If you write to us.

When you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply, keep it only as long as the conversation needs, and never add it to any list.

Children.

Munch has no accounts, chat, advertising or purchases, and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes.

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date, and the privacy note inside the app points to it.
